“Let’s be friends”

Hey y’all!!! Welcome to this beautiful, crazy, adventure called life. I am so excited to get to know y’all, build incredible friendships, and a big family. I have been dreaming of starting a blog for a little while now and needless to say I can’t wait to share my life with you all and grow together. I started this blog because I want to bring light and love into every life I can. I want to inspire others because I’ve been inspired by many incredible leaders who have led with love and passion. I want to serve, grow, and love you all in any way I can. I want to bring light into this world and into your life. My name is Morgan Leigh Oldham. I have a double name, Morgan Leigh, which is a family name. It means everything to me because my beautiful mother chose it for me. She had it picked out since she was a little girl herself. Morgan Leigh comes from my grandma and my great grandma. I love it and how special it is to me. However, all my friends call me Mo. So… I’m Mo and it is truly incredible to chat with you.

A few things about me. First and foremost, I love the Lord. My faith is everything to me. The Lord is my strength and all the glory goes to Him, always. Second, I love my family. My family is everything to me. My mom is brilliant. She is brave, fearless, strong, beautiful, bold, and so unbelievably loving. She is the best role model. She is the best woman I know and I am the luckiest girl on the planet that she is my stunning mother, and best friend. My dad, man what a guy. He is the kindest, happiest, most servant hearted man you’ll ever meet. He leads with love and his words breathe life into everyone he speaks to. He is the most incredible father and he’s also my best friend. Trey. Trey is my stud of a younger brother. He means the world to me. He is wise, calm, so unbelievably down to earth, and has the biggest heart you’ve ever seen. I am the luckiest sister in the whole world. Having a younger brother who is your best friend is one of many of the most extraordinary blessings of my life. Trey is a light in my life and a light in this world. He is the epitome of a God-fearing, wise, and brilliant gentleman. I just graduated in May from Auburn University where I studied Communication and lived out my biggest dream of competing on the Auburn Gymnastics team. I am now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication at Auburn University, as well as being a Graduate Assistant for WINGS within the Athletic Department. All of the blessings and extraordinary things that have happened in my life serve to bring glory to God. The Lord has blessed me with abundantly more than I could ask or imagine and I always want to pause and reflect to give Him the glory. I am pushing my word count for this introduction so I will try to wrap this up…

With this blog, I vow to you all to bring you my most authentic self. I’m wild, I’m bold, I’m often all over the place. I have massive dreams and sometimes I’m driving a million miles an hour and sometimes my ducks aren’t in a row. But that’s life. And that’s me. I love. I follow my heart, I believe big. I am passionate about my faith, people, writing, love, friendships, sports, fashion, creativity, and always growing and working to become the best version of me. As I write to you, please know that I believe in you and your dreams. I believe life is fabulous and you get the chance to make each day brighter and follow your heart.
